Women’s Inspired Writing Circles
You have a whispering to write. Maybe you know in your heart that you have deeper wisdom to share and a sense that now is finally YOUR time.
You also know that you can’t do it alone. You’ve tried the solo trudge. You either get distracted, stopped by negative inner voices or find it too easy to put your creative life last. Enthusiasm launches you… but when it fades, there’s nothing to sustain you.
There’s a better way.
Can you imagine a small group of fellow writers (new and seasoned) to cheer you on? What about laser coaching to keep you on track? And a structure that works not through harsh accountability, but from continually re-inspiring you to remember what matters most?
That’s what you’ll find in Women’s Inspired Writing Circles. Need help figuring out how to begin your writing project (or even what you want to create)? What about your message? Or how to get back your mojo after years of writing? (And yes, we see that book gathering dust in your drawer.) We’ve got you covered, and in a way that honors your individual rhythms and lifestyle.
Join us and gather with your peeps – other women desiring to write books, blogs, poetry, memoirs, or simply write anything more joyfully and consistently. You’ll not only get traction with your writing, but you’ll get plenty of deep personal insights and laughter along the way!
What you’ll find here is:
- Moving forward from a place of inspiration, not push (ugh, who wants that?!)
- Self-care for the Writer… which unlocks the gates to the Writing.
- Gentle dissolving of blocks so that writing happens… along with a more creative, inspired life.
- Personal check-ins and coaching, followed by compassionate intention setting.
- A place where people “get you” and the joys and challenges of the creative life.
- A space where you and your writing are prioritized, not put on the back burner.
- Small group coaching by a seasoned, professionally trained life and writing coach.
- Free membership in the larger online and in-person Creative Soul Community.
“There is much, much in all of us, but we do not know it. No one ever calls it out in us, unless we are lucky enough to know intelligent, imaginative, sympathetic people who love us and have the magnanimity to encourage us, to believe in us, by listening, by praise, by appreciation, by laughing. If you are going to write, you must become aware of this richness in you and come to believe in it and know it is there so that you can write opulently with self-trust.” — Brenda Ueland

I was in need of compassionate accountability

When I started Carolyn’s Writing Circles, I wasn’t in need of a critique group. I was, however, in need of compassionate accountability. Carolyn’s knowledgeable guidance has not only bound me to five intelligent, capable, and creative women, but with the support of this group I recently finished a novel I began 12 years ago. This group has helped me set needed boundaries around my creative time. How can I not endorse the leadership and support that has brought that enrichment?
