Creative Soul Seasonal Women’s Circles
In the Creative Soul Seasonal Women’s Circles, we are not “improved upon.” We are already wise, amazing women. Instead, this is a space for renewal and re-invention. A place to dive inward and return with gifts that light our way moving forward.
It’s also a place where deep connections are made – 90 percent(ish) of the women return to the Circles year after year because they are so deeply nourished and bond with other women. New women are welcomed like old friends.
To enrich the experience even more, each “season” we choose a different book to charge up our inner and outer explorations.
Women’s Inspired WRITING Circles
Sometimes we’ve just had enough of doing it alone. Enough of the loneliness, the doubts, the erratic forwards and backwards. We imagine instead the support of like-minded women. Laughter. And tools to get us back on track with our writing. If you are tired of doing it alone (or not doing it at all), consider joining us.

- See where your authentic voice is hiding… and how to release her.
Morning Rituals to Awaken Creativity and Happiness
Seton Cove, Austin, Texas
What if a few changes in the way you begin your morning could have a powerful effect on your creativity and well-being, whether you are writing, working or simply wanting to live in a more inspired way? And what if these changes could be simple? For instance, imagine an entire morning routine in 5 minutes before you even get out of bed. Bottom line? We can either trudge into another day on autopilot… or prime the pump for purpose and creativity. So many of us have read about the benefits of morning routines, yet we don’t know where to begin, what to do, or how to stick with one. You’ll walk away with a customized morning routine that will include specific, powerful practices from “day scripting” to meeting and melting anxiety. Let’s greet our day in a way that leads to new possibilities and a more meaningful life.

Tackling Soft Addictions
Seton Cove, Austin, Texas
Have you ever found yourself craving a life of more meaning… only to find yourself surfing the internet? Or binge watching shows on Netflix? Soft addictions are those numbing habits we ALL have which satisfy a surface want… yet block us from meeting deeper needs and desires. (Or goals — remember that book you’ve been thinking about writing?) They sap our time, energy and emotions.
During this workshop, we will take a humorous, non-judgmental look at the appeal of soft addictions and how they show up in our lives. Then we will explore our deeper spiritual hungers and how to meet those in a way that leads to a more fulfilling, engaged and meaningful life. As Johann Wolfgang von Goethe says, “Things which matter most must never be at the mercy of things which matter least.”

In this workshop, we will create a list of powerful intentions that motivate us in our writing and our lives. These guidelines act as roadmap, coach, muse. To find the ones that deeply resonate for us, we will use writing prompts, guided visualizations and practical exercises. You will leave with a personal set of writing and creativity practices that energize you daily.

Opening to Love through the Questions in your Heart
Eremos, Austin, Texas
Journaling can be a great way to be with both the questions and the wisdom that resides within your heart. Whether you’re an old pro at journaling or have never felt called to it before, you’re invited to experience a spacious time to discover and awaken the questions in your own heart, to sit with them, to let them deepen.
Using poetry, writing, music, movement and breathwork, you will gain support in accessing your wisdom within.
Beyond Happiness
Seton Cove, Austin, Texas
In Zen teacher Ezra Bayda’s book “Beyond Happiness,” he gives us three powerful questions that can change our lives: Am I truly happy right now? What blocks happiness? Can I surrender to what is? In this class we will go beyond the cerebral and into the practical experience of using these questions. We will practice with them in order to discover their deeper impact for ourselves.
